Jillian’s Lash & Brow Bar Cancellation policy You are required to have a card on file to book an appointment. -Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service. -Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service. -To make any adjustments to your scheduled appointments, you must give me 48 hours in advance notice to avoid a fee, 48 hours or less will be a 50% charge of what is booked, and 24 hours notice is 100% charge of what is booked (ex: you are booked for a lamination wax + tint, but want to adjust your appointment to a wax + tint) -Clients that no show will be charged 100% of the service that was missed, and will be unable to rebook unless a $20 additional fee is paid. Please let me know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel/reschedule/adjust or your card on file will be charged accordingly to policy. Late Policy: -Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. -Brow services and lash lift + tint services will need to be rescheduled if you are any later than 10 minutes because I will not have enough time to finish the service. Resulting in a 100% charge of the service. -Lash extension clients: I will be able to take you past 10 minutes, but I will not go over your scheduled appointment time. Possibly resulting in not full lashes. You will be charged the full service price. 40% of your extensions must be remaining for your appointment to be a fill, anything less will be considered a full set and will be charged accordingly. I am understanding that emergencies do come up, in that case certain exceptions will apply. No children allowed. Please DO NOT book an appointment with me if you are not accepting of my policies.
